Are your phones new or used?
All items are brand new, never used  

Are the phones unlocked?
Yes, all the phones are unlocked in all GSM networks, like O2, T-Mobile, Vodafone; but not work with 3
 
Do i need pay custom fees, like Duty or Tax?
Depending on your country. There is NO any extra custom fees within all the EU address. With all other countries, you may need pay custom fees, and it's your responsability to pay it, we are not able to help on it.  
 
After paying, how long does it take until I receive the phone?
Depending on your country, it usually takes 3 - 5 working days to reach its destination.  
 
For how long is the guarantee valid?
You will receive the order in exchange for a signature. The guarantee is valid for one year from the day you received the phone.  

When do you ship?
We try to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. If you order a phone over the weekend, we will attempt to ship it on Monday or Tuesday.
 
I bought a phone and it asks me a PIN code, where do i get it?
All phones come with factory passwords which are depending on model 1122, 1212, 0000 or 1234.
